I had a fantastic experience at this stylish hotel where I loved the delicious breakfast options and the comfortable bed, which made my mornings enjoyable before heading out to stroll through Passeig de Gracia and explore the stunning Casa Batllo nearby in less than a 10-minute walk. it truly felt like a hub for discovering the vibrant atmosphere of Barcelona while also enjoying the peaceful ambiance of the Chinese Garden just a few steps from the hotel.

Had a fantastic time, especially when they surprised us with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine in our room. The outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Only thing I'd mention is that the complimentary water bottles could be a tad bigger, but that didn’t take away from our experience! 🍾

The staff consistently demonstrated a high level of customer focus and were incredibly helpful in every interaction. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a welcoming ambiance enhanced by blackout sliding doors for restful sleep. Enjoying a drink in the evening on the deck while listening to live music added to the charm. However, the absence of a fitness center on site and some noise from the street could be improved.

The location is fantastic! ! Being in Eixample gives great access to amazing restaurants and bars. Another highlight was the staff. each member I interacted with was genuinely warm and offered thoughtful recommendations.

With only five lounge beds and a pool that felt more like a large plunge bath than a proper swimming area, it was a letdown given how tempting it looked in the promotional shots. The restaurant's 'all-day menu' left much to be desired. it was uninspiring and forced us to brave the rain to find something more appealing for dinner. Even though we had free drink vouchers, the bar had zero ambiance, leading us to seek out a livelier atmosphere elsewhere. With prices at the higher end, I expected more than what was delivered.

The staff was amazing,, really went outta their way to make us feel welcomed. From the moment we arrived, we had cold drinks and a seamless check in. It was those little touches like a call from reception asking if everything was alright that made the stay even better.

It wasn't exactly cheap,, but worth it for the experience.
